Anonymous asked: if you want to properly monitor what your intake is (as in carb, sat fat and sugar etc.) then maybe start using myfitnesspal. It allows you to enter your food in and will tell you. It also allows you to add in the exercise you've done. It helped me and I lost 25lbs so I'm now down to 113. It gives you a super good sense of what is in food.
